Other duties may be assigned.

• →Verifies conformance of the product to dimensional specifications.
• →Release of material based on inspection / test results.
• →Interprets basic engineering drawings.
• →Effectively uses gages and measuring equipment.
• →Records inspection data.
• →Performs destructive and nondestructive tests on materials, parts, or products to measure performance, life, or material characteristics.
• →Enters data into the computer for analysis and prepares graphs or charts.
• →Verifies conformance to gages to calibration standards.

• Ability to maintain charts, graphs, and production reports.
• Ability to calculate basic mathematical computations.
• Ability to interpret written communication.
• Capable of carrying out all assignments and maintaining the 5'S philosophy.
• Ability to understand blueprints and technical documents.
• Good problem solving skills.

• Understand SPC, Control Charting, FMEA's.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
