The Strategy & Projects team at Ajaib plays a critical role in shaping and executing the company's most important strategic priorities. We are looking for highly driven, analytical, and proactive individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving complex business challenges.

In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, improve organizational effectiveness, and accelerate the execution of key business priorities.

• →Lead and support high-priority strategic initiatives that drive business growth, operational excellence, and organizational transformation.
• →Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business assessments to generate actionable insights and support executive decision-making.
• →Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and drive execution against company objectives.
• →Manage end-to-end projects, including planning, stakeholder management, execution tracking, and post-implementation reviews.
• →Develop executive-level presentations, business cases, and recommendations for leadership discussions and strategic planning.
• →Establish performance metrics, monitor key initiatives, and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
• →Drive alignment across teams and ensure strategic priorities are translated into measurable outcomes.
• →Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and emerging opportunities to help shape the company's long-term strategy.

• →Experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, project management, or related fields is preferred.
• →Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a corporate strategy, consulting, or executive support role.
• →Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills.
• →Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• →Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects independently.
• →Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
