Administrative & Facility Affairs Specialist

We are seeking a hands-on, technically proficient Administrative & Facility Affairs Specialist to oversee the complete physical operations of our production facility.

• Taking full ownership of the building’s structural and operational integrity. This includes overseeing all hard services such as HVAC, elevators, electrical systems, and plumbing.

• Ensuring that all building systems are maintained to prevent any structural or technical failures (e.g., roof leaks, flooring issues, or equipment malfunctions).

• Acting swiftly to resolve any facility-related issues to ensure zero downtime in production.

• Coordinating with external service providers (security, cleaning, catering) and technical contractors.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Administrative Affairs specifically within a manufacturing/production environment.

• Experience in building management, facility maintenance, and leading technical teams.

• Fluent knowledge of English and Turkish.

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Excellent decision making skills.
