Responsibilities

→Prepare detailed cost estimates for infrastructure and Building projects (roads, bridges, utilities, rail, Industrial Buildings).
→ Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope.
→ Develop and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and quantity take-offs.
→ Perform rate analysis for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontract works.
→ Lead bid preparation, pricing, and submission within deadlines.
→Conduct cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting for projects.
→Perform value engineering to optimize cost without compromising quality.
→Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
→Conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations.
→ Negotiate rates and finalize cost-effective procurement strategies.
→Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during bidding.
→Prepare estimation reports, bid summaries, and management presentations.
→ Present cost analysis and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

Minimum 8–15 years of experience in construction industry.
Min 4+ years experience as senior Estimation Engineer.
Proven experience in Infrastructure Projects.
Strong knowledge of Cost Estimation & Cost Planning, BOQ preparation & Quantity Take-off, Tendering & Bid Management, Rate Analysis.
