Specialist - RDC (Packaging)

The Packaging Specialist is responsible for organizing and managing automotive parts packaging for the Mobis Redistribution Center (RDC). The incumbent also coordinates with packaging suppliers to ensure competitive costing, on-time delivery, quality, and accuracy.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field OR
• High School Diploma or equivalent plus at least 3 years of hands-on parts distribution or packaging experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across several levels and functions
• Ability to assess issues and concerns and to provide logical win-win solutions
• Ability to establish clear expectations for vendors and to achieve timely project results
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Data Entry
