Team Leader - RDC (Warehouse - 2nd Shift)

The Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day operations of key warehouse processes: Receiving, Put-Away, Picking, Sorting, and Shipping. The Team Leader ensures a smooth and consistent operation so all distribution process function properly.

• →Basic computer skills
• →Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• →Ability to make good decisions and take decisive action in a fast-paced environment
• →Good verbal and written communication skills
• →PIV Experience (Forklift, High Reach)

• High School diploma or equivalent, plus two years of experience in distribution

• 90% of time spent on the warehouse floor, traversing around the warehouse floor, communicating with multiple levels of team members

• Lifting up to 55 Pounds repeatedly
