Material Handler I

• →Responsible for adherence to company and departmental Safety policies and procedures to minimize the potential for damage and injury
• →Demonstrate the ability to follow departmental objectives, processes and procedures
• →Load, unload, and move material throughout Morbark’s production areas.
• →Develop proficient use of equipment and lifting devices used in material handling processes. Not limited to counterbalance lift trucks, standup lift trucks, flat bed carts, hoists, and other lifting devices
• →Adhere to Morbark’s 6S standard in all work areas.
• →Basic equipment maintenance
• →Ability to work unsupervised
• →Ability to work safely at a fast pace
• →Understand, scan and utilize work orders
• →Have the ability to train and complete a variety of daily tasks

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse experience preferred

• Must be able to follow written policies and procedures
• Must be able to work well with others
• Ability to operate barcode scanners
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Ability to enter and exit lift trucks and other material handling vehicles multiple times per hour.
