1. Must have valid Washington CDL for class A vehicles.
2. 1-3 years experience driving class A vehicles. Will consider evaluating individuals who have recently graduated from trucking school and education as part of experience requirements.
3. Must be at least 21 years of age.
4. Must have no more than one commercial driver’s license.
6. Must not have any disqualifying convictions on driving record in accordance with DOT regulations.
7. Must not have any preventable commercial vehicle accidents in the last 3 years.
8. Experience tying loads down with straps.
9. Experience using flatbed trailers.
10. Experience tarping load for weather.
1. Make local deliveries of metal goods according to routing schedule.
2. Pick up metal from customers and other company locations within Washington State.
3. Complete vehicle inspection report daily prior to leaving on route.
4. Strap down loads on flatbed trailer to assure safe delivery and compliance with DOT regulations.
5. Drive in a safe and courteous manner.
6. Other duties as needed.
