Albany Trucking is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for regional no-touch freight operations with dependable scheduling and steady weekly earnings.

Home Time: Home weekly with consistent scheduling. Drivers primarily operate throughout the Midwest and east of I-35, with additional freight occasionally covering other areas as needed. No forced dispatch into NYC or the five boroughs.

Drivers run established freight lanes designed to reduce downtime and maintain consistent movement throughout the week. Dispatch planning focuses on efficient routing and steady freight flow to support reliable miles and on-time deliveries.

Drivers benefit from consistent communication with dispatch and structured route planning throughout the week. Freight is scheduled to support steady movement while helping drivers maintain reliable home time and efficient trip planning across regional lanes.

Overview:

• Weekly pay of $1,450 to $1,650
• Home weekly
• Running east of I-35 with no NYC routes
• Full benefits package including medical, PTO, and 401K with company match
• Consistent freight with planned dispatch support

Equipment: Drivers primarily operate 2021-2024 Peterbilt 579 Ultralofts. Trucks are equipped with APUs, refrigerators, and power inverters for added comfort on the road. Equipment is governed at 70 MPH and features outward-facing cameras only. Albany Trucking works to provide reliable equipment designed for long-haul comfort and operational consistency.

Driver Orientation: Orientation lasts 3 days with classes starting Monday or Wednesday. Transportation, hotel accommodations, and meals are provided during orientation. Drivers receive $375 orientation pay before being assigned their truck and first load. Orientation is designed to prepare drivers for dispatch procedures, company expectations, and day-to-day operations before hitting the road.
