CNC Machinist III

The CNC Machinist III is a senior technical expert, troubleshooter, advanced, highly skilled manufacturing professional responsible for complex setups, precision operations, and mentoring Level I and Level II machinists, working autonomously and leads projects.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and train Machinist Level I and Level II personnel on shop floor best practices.
- Edits/offsets programs at the machines, to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, tooling, or programming issues in real time.
- Must Independently execute tooling selection, work holding solutions, fixtures, and offsets for multi-axis mills and lathes.
- Deep familiarity with GD&T, blueprint reading, CAD/CAM software, and advanced metrology.
- Assist in first piece buyoff, inspecting parts using advanced measuring tools and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) specifications.
M-F, 7AM-3:30PM -Central Time. Ability to work after hours during the week and weekends, as the workload requires.
