Responsibilities

- →Building rapport with customers
- →Getting details from customers to assist them
- →Ensuring all paperwork is up to date
- →Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintaining existing clients
- →Being aware of the company’s services/policies
- →Working accordingly with company policies
