Role:Saviynt IGA Engineer Location: Hyderabad | Bengaluru | Mumbai | Pune | Chennai | Kolkata | Gurgaon Work Mode: Hybrid Experience:3-8 Years Type: Contract to Hire Requirements We are looking for a skilled Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end identity lifecycle management solutions and ensuring secure, compliant access across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Design and implement end-to-end identity lifecycle management processes for both human and non-human identities using Saviynt. Perform advanced debugging and troubleshooting, including coordination with external technology vendors. Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and documentation. Implement, configure, and maintain Saviynt IGA solutions. Integrate Saviynt with enterprise systems such as: Active Directory Databases REST-based applications Design and develop: Workflows Connectors Access request processes Configure and manage: Access reviews Certification campaigns (User Manager, Entitlement Owner, Application Owner) Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and IT teams to define IAM policies and controls. Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and process guidelines. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech / M.Tech / MS) 3 to 8 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Saviynt Strong understanding of: Identity & Access Management (IAM) Single Sign-On (SSO) IT Security concepts Experience across full IAM lifecycle implementations, including: Requirements gathering Design Development Testing Deployment Support Hands-on experience with: Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes Access policy design Technical expertise in: Java LDAP SSL RDBMS Linux Experience with custom and standard IAM integrations using Java, .NET, or scripting languages Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Saviynt L100 and L200 Certifications Experience working in enterprise-scale IAM implementations Exposure to compliance frameworks and audit processes Key Skills Summary Saviynt IGA (Core) IAM Lifecycle Management (JML) Access Reviews & Certifications Workflow & Connector Development System Integrations (AD, DB, REST) Java / Scripting Security & Compliance Alignment Benefits Visit us at http://alignity.io/careers.
