Role:Senior Cybersecurity Engineer Experience:7+Years Location:Hyderabad Work Mode:Hybrid Type:Contract to Hire Notice Period: Immediate Requirements We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer with deep expertise in Netskope to lead the administration, optimization, and operational support of enterprise security platforms. This role is heavily focused on Netskope CASB/SSE platform administration, policy tuning, and security platform management rather than Security Operations Center (SOC) incident response. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Netskope, CyberArk EPM, Mimecast, and ServiceNow, along with expertise in DLP, endpoint security, cloud security, and email security technologies. Key Responsibilities Administer, configure, and optimize Netskope (CASB/SSE) as the primary security platform. Manage enterprise security platforms including: Netskope CyberArk EPM Mimecast Develop, maintain, and optimize: DLP Policies Web Security Policies Cloud Security Policies Endpoint Privilege Management Policies Email Security Policies Fine-tune security controls to minimize false positives while improving detection effectiveness. Support onboarding of users, applications, and cloud services into Netskope, Mimecast, and CyberArk EPM. Investigate and resolve platform configuration and access-related issues. Collaborate with SOC teams by implementing policy updates based on operational feedback. Integrate security platforms with ServiceNow for Incident, Change, Request Management, and workflow automation. Perform root cause analysis for security platform issues and implement corrective actions. Build dashboards, operational metrics, and reporting for security posture and platform health. Develop operational documentation, runbooks, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with Security Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud, and IT teams to improve enterprise security controls. Participate in security architecture discussions and continuous platform improvements. Mandatory Skills 7+ years of Cybersecurity Engineering or Security Operations experience. Strong hands-on administration experience with: Netskope (CASB/SSE) – Mandatory CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM) Mimecast Experience with: Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Endpoint Security Cloud Security Email Security Strong understanding of: Security Policy Management Policy Optimization False Positive Reduction Security Platform Administration Experience integrating security tools with: ServiceNow Incident Management Change Management Request Management Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. Excellent documentation and operational process development experience.
