Role: SFDC - CPQ Consultant Location: Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid Experience:3-8 Years Type: Contract to Hire Requirements We are seeking an experienced Conga Business Analyst to lead requirements analysis, solution design, and implementation of Conga CLM, CPQ, and Composer solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, Salesforce architects, and development teams to deliver scalable and compliant document and contract automation solutions. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Conga CLM, CPQ, and Composer solutions Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows Configure Conga templates, workflows, clause libraries, approval processes, and integrations Work closely with Salesforce teams to ensure seamless end-to-end solution design Support UAT, defect triage, release planning, and production deployment Ensure compliance with legal, audit, and governance standards Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support Required Skills & Experience 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong Salesforce exposure Hands-on experience with Conga CLM and/or Conga Composer (CPQ is a plus) Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, document generation, and approval workflows Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Salesforce ecosystem experience (Sales/Service Cloud) Conga certification(s) preferred Experience in enterprise or regulated environments Benefits Visit us at http://alignity.io/careers.
