2nd Shift Bilingual Production Supervisor (English / Spanish Required)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM with additional OT and Saturdays as needed
Location: Waterloo, IA
Pay: $28-$32 hourly - depending on experience

A-Line is looking for a
hands-on, bilingual (English/Spanish) Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 15+ employees in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
• Act as after-hours safety and HR liaison
• Operate equipment as needed (material handler, forklift, plasma cutter, yard dog)
• Help break down transformers using hand tools and equipment
• Track employee hours and ensure accurate timekeeping
• Send daily production reports and updates
• Close down plant operations at end of shift

Qualifications

• Fluent in English & Spanish required 
• Supervisory or team lead experience required
• Experience in manufacturing, recycling, or industrial work preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willing to work hands-on with team
