Food & Beverage Supervisor

• →The ability to perform initial and ongoing training of associates
• →Supervising and directing the prompt, efficient and friendly serving of all food and beverage
• →Controlling food and beverage inventory to ensure the smooth operation of the Food and Beverage
• →Working quickly and independently to resolve operational issues when necessary, ensuring proper follow through with appropriate manager(s)
• →Attending BEO meetings and Mangers meeting
• →Overseeing house catering functions, banquets and executing
• →Captain Reports for all banquets
• →Meet and greet clients for every event in banquets
• →Responsible for making the function space visually appealing
• →Supervise events and team members throughout service
• →Responsible for the proper usage and good working order of all equipment, furniture and fixtures in the Banquet and Catering section in the shift assigned.
• →Guide the Banquet Servers in set up of tables and place settings
• →Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer needs are met
• →All other duties as assigned

• Have the ability to make connections with people, motivating and inspiring them to achieve results.
• Demonstrate strong initiative and self-direction.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and result orientated.
• Ability to understand, quickly react and motivate others to adapt to the changing organization.
• Supervisory experience
• High school or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Good computer skills including word and excel
• 2+ years of hotel experience or related field preferred
