As an Integration Manager Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Integration Manager and help take care of routine integration tasks: integration health checks, event and data verification and reimports.

• →Daily monitoring of data synchronization status in the CRM UI.
• →Reimporting data when required to resolve synchronization issues.
• →Setting up new client integrations and configuring client accounts in the CRM UI.
• →Testing integrations before production release using Postman and the CRM UI.
• →Verifying that incoming events and data mappings are configured correctly.
• →Following up with clients to collect missing technical information required for integration.
• →Assisting with testing after integration updates or platform releases.

• Ability to test APIs with Postman or curl, and read JSON payloads
• Experience reading server/access logs
• Proficiency in additional languages besides English and Ukrainian.
