  • Executing defined end-user account add/change/delete and disable procedures on our internal computing systems.
  • Responsible for completing daily, monthly and on-demand data maintenance assignments as required.
  • Interaction with the Service Desk and End users for basic user support issues relating to access fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Ability to accurately follow a defined set of policies and procedures
  • Operate under the supervision of others
  • Must have strong written communication skills
  • Understands basic technical concepts of Active Directory, e-mail and possesses an ability to use other Microsoft based productivity applications.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and access provisioning on cloud platforms

- Quick learner, and ability to scale on new technologies as required

  • Associates degree in a computing related field, business or related discipline required. 

  • Must follow and execute well-defined processes and procedures
  • Must utilize standard request and ticketing systems
  • Provides first level support for user issues utilizing documentation as well as other sources

- Do the right thing, and ability to work under pressure.

- Maintain the required level of confidentiality and trust
