Outpatient Therapist - Licensed

As an Outpatient Therapist, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high‑quality therapeutic services while supporting coordinated care and positive outcomes for our clients.

• →Provide behavioral health consultation, biopsychosocial assessments, counseling, and evidence‑based interventions to individuals, groups, and/or families
• →Utilize strength‑based wellness and recovery models to support client engagement and progress
• →Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure integration of services and coordinated care
• →Promote optimal client outcomes through effective treatment planning and service delivery
• →Complete clinical documentation to meet regulatory, contractual, and organizational requirements
• →Maintain accurate, legible, and timely documentation within established timelines
• →Participate in specialized training and professional development opportunities
• →Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education, and ability of the employee

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active Colorado licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Experience working in a behavioral health or clinical treatment setting
• Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention
• Experience using evidence‑based counseling models
• Knowledge of DSM‑5, recovery‑oriented care, and trauma‑informed practices
• Ability to work effectively within an electronic health record (EHR) system
