Bachelor’s degree with 0 to 2 years of experience, or 8 years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree. If holding an Associate’s degree, candidates must have 4 additional years of equivalent experience.
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
The ability to work on-site in Farmington Hills, MI.
Ability to travel up to 25%.

Demonstrated leadership potential with an interest in future leadership opportunities within a global organization.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of issues and drive resolution to complex challenges.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
