We are currently looking for a Dealer Performance Specialist to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario.

- Manage Nissan and INFINITI dealer key performance indicator (KPIs) reports that impact a dealer’s adherence to meeting their DSSA requirements.
- Gather and update key department reports including retail sales, customer quality, dealer financials and industry sales data.
- Administers the reporting on low performing dealers, including ongoing tracking for performance improvement.
- Support monthly dealer group KPI scorecards by managing data feeds and ensuring individual templates are accurate and up to date for NCI executive team.
- Manage and gather data feeds on a monthly basis ensuring reporting is accurate and up to date.
- Oversee co-op student activities pertaining to group KPI scorecard and other reporting tasks as required.
- Manages the creation of Dealer Performance reports for executive management.
- Other performance initiatives as required.
Requirements
~1 min read- University or college degree, background in Business, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Minimum of 1-3 years of broad automotive experience in dealer operations, sales and marketing, and business management.
- Analytics and computer skills (advanced Excel including pivot tables functions, Power BI, Co-Pilot, SQL preferred)
- Presentations skills
- French Bilingual is an asset

Salary Range:
$67,497.00 - $83,412.00This compensation range represents the minimum to midpoint base salary rates at Nissan for jobs assigned to this particular grade level. Please note that an employee’s base salary may occasionally be set above the midpoint of the salary band for this grade level, in recognition of the employee’s unique skills, work experience, education, work location, or market conditions. Compensation decisions also consider internal equity and comparisons with the base salary rates of other employees with similar backgrounds working in comparable roles. Note: Bonus, benefits, and other forms of variable compensation are not included in the base-salary range shown above.
