Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Distribution Analyst 1 to join our team in Franklin, TN.

Responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and managing Distribution activities. Responds to questions on distribution-related subjects. Assists in training team members and dealership personnel on ordering as well as responding to distribution-related inquiries from the field and dealership personnel.

  • A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university

  • 0-1 year (Specialist) / 1-3 years (Analyst)/ 3-5 years (Analyst 2) progressive Marketing and Sales experience. At the Analyst level, previous experience at the specialist level in Consumer Affairs, Sales Operations, Distribution, Market Representation or Marketing is preferred. Previous sales or dealership contact experience is a plus.

  • Ability to prioritize and organize work schedule effectively with minimal daily supervision.

  • Ability to focus on the best interests of Nissan and the Regions.  Can remain objective in the course of building relationships.

  • Dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.

  • Attentive to others’ opinions and perspectives.

  • Ability to present ideas and analysis in an effective manner with clear and concise communication.

  • Ability to understand the complexities of situations and solicit assistance from others as needed.

  • Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours including weekends and holidays as needed.

  • Working knowledge of word processor, spreadsheet, other PC applications, or mainframe applications to produce non-standard, creative products.  Additional knowledge of sales related systems.

  • Desired competencies include: detail-oriented; analytical/PC skills; written, oral and interpersonal communication skills; presentation skills. General knowledge of and the ability to analyze market trends.

Travel:
Up to 25% day and overnight domestic travel.
