Alliance ABA Therapy is the fastest growing ABA program in Northern Virginia!  We are looking for another BCBA/BCaBA to join our growing practice supporting children with Autism in a clinic setting. We have limited turnover, a strong Clinical team, and a supportive administration. Our company culture is child-centered and our BCBAs are provided with all the resources they need to ensure their kiddos are receiving the best services. The BCBA will be responsible for maintaining a clinical caseload of 8-15 clients depending on the needs of the clinic. Applicants must have a current BCBA or BCaBA certification/license. Must have excellent time management skills, experience managing caseload and working on special projects, and display exceptional teamwork skills to create a positive work environment.
