Allied Global is seeking an experienced Oracle Forms & PL/SQL Developer to join a dynamic engineering team supporting enterprise applications within the hospitality industry.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with Oracle technologies, maintaining and enhancing legacy enterprise systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment. You'll play a key role in developing business-critical applications while helping modernize existing solutions and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

• Develop and maintain Oracle Forms and PL/SQL applications based on business and stakeholder requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
• Enhance and support legacy Oracle enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects independently.
• Analyze existing code to understand business logic and recommend improvements.
• Ensure all code is thoroughly tested before deployment.
• Follow established coding standards and best practices.

• Work closely with Project Leads, Business Analysts, and development teams to clarify requirements.
• Identify gaps in user stories and collaborate with stakeholders to define complete solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimations.
• Implement code review feedback and continuously improve code quality.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Contribute to system enhancements and modernization initiatives.
• Learn and understand business processes to build better software solutions.
• Continuously improve development practices and technical knowledge.
• Provide accurate estimates for development tasks and project deliverables.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 3+ years of experience developing software in Oracle environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Forms and PL/SQL.
• 3+ years of experience working with Oracle Databases.
• Experience developing applications in both Unix and Windows environments.
• Experience working within Agile Software Development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Advanced English communication skills (B2+/C1).
• Native or fluent Spanish.

Experience with any of the following is highly valued:

• Oracle APEX
• Legacy enterprise systems
• Modernization or migration of legacy applications
• Hospitality, Hotel Management, Timeshare, or Vacation Rental industries
• Performance optimization within Oracle environments

• 3+ years of Oracle Forms & PL/SQL experience are required.
• Strong Oracle Database experience is required.
• Advanced English (B2+/C1) is mandatory.
• Candidates must be located in Mexico, Peru, Colombia, or Argentina.
• Experience with Oracle APEX and the Hospitality industry is a strong plus.
