Allied Global is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join a highly skilled international engineering team building and evolving cutting-edge financial technology solutions.

This is an individual contributor role focused on designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality backend services using modern Microsoft technologies. You'll collaborate with senior engineers across Europe while helping build scalable, secure, and high-performance investment platforms used in real-world financial environments.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using .NET Core and C#.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs supporting internal and external applications.
• Develop reliable, secure, and fault-tolerant software solutions.
• Own backend components from design through production deployment.
• Improve application performance, scalability, and system reliability.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to engineering best practices.

• Develop integrations with payment providers, brokers, and third-party financial services.
• Design scalable solutions for distributed systems.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to support high-volume applications.
• Support cloud-based environments and infrastructure initiatives.

• Collaborate with an experienced international engineering team.
• Participate in code reviews and technical knowledge sharing.

• Work independently while collaborating across distributed teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong experience developing applications with .NET Core and C#.
• Extensive experience designing and developing REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Firestore, or similar).
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience integrating third-party services and financial platforms.
• Ability to work independently within senior engineering teams.
• Professional English communication skills (B2+/C1).

• 8+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core and C#.
• Advanced experience building REST APIs.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database experience.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Professional English (B2+/C1) is required.
• Candidates must be located in Peru.
• Previous experience in Investment FinTech, Robo Advisors, Neobrokers, or Wealth Management platforms is highly preferred.
