🔥 This is not a maintenance role — you will actively shape how AI and WordPress are combined to build next-generation web experiences.

We are looking for a Senior Website Developer to own and evolve a fast-growing web ecosystem built on WordPress and modern AI-driven development practices.

You will work closely with marketing, design, and business teams to deliver high-performance, conversion-focused digital experiences.

🚀 Build and optimize WordPress websites & landing pages that drive growth 

🤖 Use AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Stitch, etc.) to accelerate development 

🔗 Integrate websites with HubSpot, Marketo, CRMs & APIs 

📈 Improve performance, SEO, Core Web Vitals & tracking (GA4, GTM) 

🛠 Manage hosting, updates, and troubleshoot technical issues 

🎯 Ensure quality, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility 

• 8+ years in WordPress development 
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL 
• Elementor Pro + custom WordPress development experience 
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools 
• CRM / marketing automation integrations (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) 
• Strong SEO, performance & analytics knowledge (GA4, GTM) 
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills 

• Webflow experience 
• CI/CD, Git workflows 
• Headless CMS or API integrations 
• Hosting experience (WP Engine, Kinsta, Liquid Web)
