Allied Global is hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join an innovative company that is transforming the property management industry through cutting-edge AI technology. Their platform helps businesses across the United States and Canada streamline operations, improve customer interactions, and leverage the power of agentic AI at scale.
In this role, you'll become a trusted advisor to customers, helping them navigate technical challenges while ensuring they get the most value from a rapidly growing AI-powered platform.
Responsibilities
~1 min read✅ Provide technical support for a modern AI-driven SaaS platform
✅ Troubleshoot complex issues related to platform functionality, scheduling, and integrations
✅ Manage support requests through ticketing systems, chat, phone, and screen-sharing sessions
✅ Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to investigate and resolve technical issues
✅ Guide customers through solutions with clear and professional communication
✅ Document findings, resolutions, and best practices to improve support processes
✔ 4+ years of experience in Technical Support, Application Support, or SaaS Support
✔ Advanced English communication skills (C1)
✔ Experience with Jira, Zendesk, Slack, and similar support tools
✔ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
✔ Experience supporting cloud-based applications (AWS, GCP, or similar)
✔ Experience working with software integrations, APIs, CRMs, or external databases
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Nice to Have

⭐ Experience working with US-based clients or companies
⭐ Previous exposure to SaaS products serving enterprise customers
