Requirements

Senior-level experience (5+ years) in a role with deep expertise in employee engagement, culture, or people-focused work, including prior leadership or strategic experience
A genuinely positive, people-oriented approach — this role is centered on cultivating happiness and morale
A relevant credential in workplace wellness/happiness (referred to in our internal records as a "Certification of Bliss")

Work Arrangement
Fully remote. Candidates should be based in or able to work within Europe, with Pakistan (Lahore) also accepted.

Timezone Expectation
Standard Central Europe working hours.

Engagement Details
Full-time (35+ hrs/week).
