Job Description: Apprentice Associate III – RMBC Underwriting Operations 

Job Title: Apprentice Associate III 
Function: RMBC Underwriting Operations 
Location: Pune 
Duration: 6-Month Apprenticeship Program 
Reporting To: Team Leader 

Role Summary 

The Apprentice Associate III will support underwriting operations by performing policy servicing, risk review support, data validation, and process-oriented underwriting activities. The role offers an opportunity to gain foundational knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance while working in a fast-paced operational environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Support underwriting operational processes and related transactions. 

• Review and validate customer, policy, and risk information for accuracy and completeness. 

• Perform data entry, documentation review, and policy-related support activities. 

• Follow established underwriting guidelines, standard operating procedures, and compliance requirements. 

• Maintain productivity, quality, and turnaround time standards. 

• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately. 

• Collaborate effectively with team members, trainers, and leaders to resolve operational queries. 

• Participate in training and capability-building activities to enhance business and insurance knowledge. 

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiency efforts.

Educational Qualification 

• Graduate ( Non Technical)

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
