ACG_3641_JOB Our client, one of the leading companies in the fashion and apparel industry, is seeking a qualified candidate for the following position 1. Develop strategies and operational plans for the Commercial Division Lead the development of short-, medium-, and long-term business strategies for the entire Division, including Retail, E-commerce, and B2B, in alignment with revenue targets. Shape the Omnichannel (O2O) strategy and Digital Marketing/Performance Marketing model to create breakthroughs and establish a prominent market position. Develop, allocate, and effectively manage the Division’s operating budget and Marketing/Trade Promotion budget. 2. Manage and optimize business operations Organize, manage, and coordinate resources to execute sales activities across the nationwide system of 20–30 stores, E-commerce channels, and B2B channels to achieve revenue and profit targets. Develop, standardize, and optimize the Division’s sales processes, regulations, policies, distributor policies, and customer service policies. Direct initiatives to increase customer traffic, analyze customer behavior, and closely monitor competitors’ activities to ensure timely responses. Set strategic direction, approve, and supervise the implementation of Brand and Performance Marketing campaigns, including conversion marketing, and develop distinctive marketing solutions with extensive market reach. Manage the product portfolio through Category Management, working closely with the Procurement Department to optimize product structure and increase sales at physical points of sale and across online channels. Supervise consistent visual merchandising across the network of 20–30 stores to improve conversion rates and drive direct sales. Develop, manage, and control the implementation of operating cost limits for the entire Commercial Division. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with major partners, key B2B customers, logistics providers, and technology platforms. 3. Plan, innovate, and drive E-commerce and Social Commerce Focus on optimizing the website, fanpage, TikTok Shop, Shopee, livestreaming channels, and other platforms; apply customer data systems such as CDP and CRM to personalize marketing activities. 4. Manage and develop the team Establish a streamlined and efficient organizational structure for the Division. Build a clear career progression framework and develop training programs for employees. Conduct periodic performance evaluations, motivate employees, and foster a strong competitive and results-driven spirit within the sales team. 5. Advise the Group/Member Company Leadership on business plans, sales channels, appropriate business programs, and activities related to the professional functions of the Commercial Division. 6. Prepare operational performance analysis reports and periodic/ad hoc professional reports for the Commercial Division. AUTHORITY 1. Represent the Group in working with customers and partners on professional matters related to the Commercial Division within the assigned/authorized scope. 2. Make decisions on matters related to the Commercial Division’s operations within the assigned/authorized scope. 3. Direct and provide professional guidance to employees within the assigned/authorized functions and authority. 4. Request relevant departments and units to provide information and documents and coordinate in carrying out tasks related to the Commercial Division’s operations and/or as directed by the Group’s Leadership. 5. Propose rewards, disciplinary actions, salary increases, transfers, appointments, dismissals, performance evaluations, and other personnel-related matters for employees within the Commercial Division. 6. Exercise other authority in accordance with the prevailing regulations on the functions, duties, and authority of the Commercial Division. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Be accountable for the operating results of the Commercial Division. 2. Be accountable for the accuracy of information and reports submitted to the Group’s Leadership/member companies or disclosed externally, if any. 3. Maintain the confidentiality of information related to the Commercial Division’s business operations in accordance with the Group’s regulations. 4. Comply with the Group’s internal labor rules and human resources management policies and regulations. 5. Fulfil other responsibilities corresponding to the scope of authority, functions, and duties of the Commercial Division. Requirements 1. Educational Qualifications and Certifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, International Economics, or other relevant disciplines. An MBA is preferred. 2. Required Knowledge Strong understanding of the luxury fashion market, retail chains, and premium brands and services. Sound knowledge of business administration and the luxury fashion industry. Thorough understanding of the policies, regulations, and procedures governing the operations of the Commercial Division. Strong commercial awareness and sensitivity to fashion market developments and emerging trends in the luxury fashion industry. 3. Experience A minimum of seven years of relevant experience, including at least five years in a retail management position within organizations of a comparable scale in the fashion, retail, jewelry, automotive, or related industries. Proven hands-on experience in successfully managing E-commerce or Omnichannel operations and driving significant revenue growth, or experience leading relevant initiatives. 4. Strong ability to engage, motivate, and unite teams. 6. Business Travel Willing and able to undertake long-distance and extended business travel as required by the role. 7. Foreign Language Proficiency Proficient in English communication. 8. Computer Skills Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficient in using sales management, business management, and data analysis software. 9. Other Requirements Ability to perform effectively under pressure. Proactive in completing assigned workloads within deadlines, including working outside standard business hours when required.
