ACG_3509_JOB Our client is a manufacturing company specializing in semi-automatic production technology, who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Develop, plan, and implement both offline events, seminars, and online marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and drive business growth. Create, manage, and optimize content as well as advertising activities across Facebook Fanpage and other digital marketing platforms. Operate, maintain, and improve marketing automation systems and CRM platforms to enhance lead management and customer engagement efficiency. Monitor, analyze, and prepare reports on marketing performance, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations directly to the CEO. Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives aligned with overall business goals. Continuously enhance marketing effectiveness through data-driven strategies and performance optimization. Requirements Demonstrated hands-on experience in executing marketing activities across both online and offline channels. Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage events and marketing campaigns effectively. Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, particularly Facebook Ads and CRM systems. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess and optimize campaign performance. High sense of responsibility with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, execution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
