Head of Digital Business

ACG_3544_JOB Our client is a securities company in Vietnam, seeking experienced professionals to join their firm. Develop and implement strategies to restore and accelerate online securities trading activities across the company’s digital platforms. Build tailored content strategies for different target customer segments to attract, activate, and engage users across web and mobile trading platforms, as well as the related content ecosystem. Manage and grow investor communities and investor-focused social channels to strengthen brand awareness, user preference, and engagement with the company’s digital platforms. Collaborate on the development of digital platform features and the related content ecosystem, with a focus on optimizing the user journey and enhancing the overall digital product experience. Partner with the Marketing and Communications team to execute dedicated marketing campaigns for digital platforms and the associated content ecosystem. Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to expand reach and sustain user engagement across digital platforms and related content channels. Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Board. Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in Digital, Growth, or Platform-related roles; experience in securities or fintech is strongly preferred. Proven experience in team management. Strong understanding of investor behavior and trading products. Solid capabilities in content strategy, community building, and digital marketing. Existing relationships and relevant experience working with funds, asset management firms, or institutional investment networks are preferred.
