KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Build, manage, and oversee the operations of the Presales Department. Organize solution consulting activities and participate in developing IT strategies for customers. Technology Research and Updates: Participate in vendors' cooperation and training programs in accordance with the company's strategy. Stay updated on new technologies and solutions. Partner and Customer Relations: Coordinate with the Partner Management Department to carry out related activities. Perform other tasks as requested by the direct manager. Requirements 1. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in equivalent positions, including: Experience in recruiting, building, developing, and managing teams of technology professionals. Experience in participating in large-scale and highly complex integration projects across various technology platforms. Experience in organizing technology solution consulting activities. Experience in implementing technology solutions in the banking and finance industry. 2. Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunications, or other relevant fields, or a higher qualification. 3. Skills: Skills in managing technological and technical resources. Team building and development skills. Delegation and decision-making skills. Proficiency in communication, presentation, and document writing. Problem-solving and situational analysis skills. Ability to provide research direction and guidance to employees. Foreign Language Proficiency: Proficiency in all four English language skills.
