Sr Back Office Executive

Back office teams do all business functions related to a company's operations. Back office executives are the backbone of any company. They look after the duties that keep the company running. The back office is an essential part of any company's Operations.

We are scaling Operations team for a client's e-commerce related business.

Role
Support sales & marketing team in handling and documenting customer accounts
- by keeping the data organized and error free
- by updating the data projects require to function.
Receive and Promptly Respond to Customer Queries
Document Issues and Resolutions
Understand and master e-commerce logistics
Serve as a liaison between customers and management.
Understand, learn and master new tools and technologies as and when they are taught
Achieve daily targets and create daily reports
Ensure everything is working in a perfect manner

Skills
Power user of computers - working on multiple applications, multiple windows / tabs, constantly switching between them, to deliver work at a high speed.
Power user of Facebook as a marketing tool - specially Facebook Groups and Facbook Messenger Group Chats, USA Chatting Etiquette
Power user of spreadsheets, forms
Tremendous learning attitude
Ability to research and study new concepts and apply on the job

Remote working requirements:
Fast computer - laptop or desktop having audio video capability
High speed broadband internet
Except from 10 AM to 5 PM IST, you can work any other time
Quiet place to work and to have online video meetings
Employees from any city within India are welcome

Educational Qualification - Graduate in Science subjects, but not mandatory.

The ideal candidate will have a hunger to become a productivity ninja - ability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques to automate daily tasks to accomplish more in less and less time.

People with minimum 2 years experience in any field can apply.
