The Paneling Operations Specialist is a key member of the Patient Access Department that aims to improve patient satisfaction and access to care. The Specialist is responsible for the maintenance of provider data and paneling operations for the Enterprise, excluding the IPA. The Specialist monitors, assesses, validates and implements standard paneling operations procedures to ensure alignment to organizational goals and action items as detailed in the Leadership Evaluation Manager. Partners with Patient Access Specialist to measure progress against goals, identify trends, implement process improvements, and make recommendations for required training or performance management. The Specialist functions as the Provider Master Administrator.
Requirements
~1 min readBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, healthcare, organizational management or equivalent work experience strongly preferred.
Lean and/or Six Sigma Certification (minimum green belt) preferred.
Experience in healthcare process implementation strongly preferred.
General experience with electronic health records, experience with NextGen preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
