The Regional Director of Outreach & Marketing is responsible for driving membership enrollment and retention by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that meet the census projection goals. The role involves leading marketing campaigns, managing budgets, and using data and CRM insights to evaluate performance and improve decision-making. The Director also builds community partnerships and collaborates with internal teams to ensure efficient enrollment processes and strong customer experience. Additionally, the position ensures compliance with state and federal regulations while promoting employee engagement and maintaining high operational standards.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field required.
Master’s Degree (MBA, MHA, or MPH) is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of marketing and strategy experience required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with frail or elderly consumers and their families is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, outreach, or enrollment.
Knowledge and experience in Healthcare, particularly in the California Market.
Experience with frail or elderly consumers and their families is preferred.
Bilingual (Spanish or Chinese) is strongly preferred
