Provide technical leadership for migration of manufacturing/shopfloor applications.

Responsibilities

→Lead technical architecture and migration strategy.
→Guide developers, integration teams, and testing efforts.
→Ensure security, performance, and deployment readiness.
→8+ years software delivery experience with leadership responsibility.
→Experience with enterprise manufacturing systems, integrations, APIs, cloud environments preferred.

Requirements

Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Experience supporting aerospace, manufacturing, SAP/MES, shopfloor systems, application modernization, data migration, testing, and change management activities.
