Treasury Operation Lead

The Treasury Operation Lead oversees daily cash movement, payment and settlement processes, bank and treasury reconciliation, liquidity monitoring, and operational controls across multiple entities. This role is critical to ensure transactions are executed accurately and on time, while maintaining proper controls and minimizing operational and liquidity risks.

Leaving this position vacant would increase dependency on existing team members, weaken operational oversight, and create higher risks of delayed transactions, reconciliation backlogs, and control gaps.

• →Lead daily Treasury Operations, including cash positioning, fund transfers, payments, settlements, and bank transactions across multiple entities
• →Monitor daily liquidity and ensure sufficient fund is available to support business and operational requirements
• →Ensure treasury transactions are executed accurately, completely, and within the agreed SLA
• →Oversee bank and treasury reconciliations and ensure outstanding items are identified, investigated, and resolved in a timely manner
• →Maintain strong operational controls, including proper authorization, maker-checker processes, supporting documentation, and transaction traceability
• →Coordinate closely with Accounting, Business, and other relevant teams to resolve treasury-related operational issues
• →Identify process gaps and drive improvements through automation, system enhancement, and simplification of manual processes specially in Payment Business (Poket) Transactions
• →Maintain treasury SOPs, controls, and documentation to support internal control, audit and regulatory requirements.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Treasury Operations, preferably within fintech, payment, banking, or financial services, with exposure to managing transactions across multiple entities.
• Strong knowledge of treasury operations and liquidity management, including cash positioning, fund transfers, payments, settlements, bank transactions, and bank/treasury reconciliation.
• Strong operational control and risk management skills, with experience in maker-checker processes, transaction authorization, documentation, SLA management, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement capabilities, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive automation, system enhancements, and process simplification, particularly for Payment Business (Poket) transactions.
