We are looking for a skilled and detail-driven Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting operations and ensure the integrity of financial reporting and compliance. This role is responsible for managing daily accounting functions, leading the month-end close process, supervising accounting staff, and supporting audits and tax filings. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities and a proactive, process-improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

→Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll accounting.
→Manage and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
→Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
→Lead the preparation of schedules and documentation for external audits and tax filings.
→Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all accounting entries and reconciliations.
→Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting policies.
→Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing training and performance management.
→Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate reporting and process integration.
→Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
→Assist with ERP implementations, upgrades, or enhancements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
CPA designation (strongly preferred).
6+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
