Dispatcher (HVAC)

• →Coordinate and schedule HVAC technicians for service calls, installations, and maintenance tasks. 

• →Communicate with customers to understand their HVAC issues, schedule appointments, and provide updates on service status. 

• →Maintain constant communication with HVAC technicians in the field via phone or dispatch software. 

• →Keep detailed records of service calls, customer interactions, job status, and technician assignments. 

• →Work closely with the inventory and procurement team to ensure technicians have necessary parts and equipment. 

• →Handle unexpected issues such as emergency service requests, technician delays, or equipment breakdowns by adjusting schedules and reassigning tasks. 

• →Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly and professionally. 

• Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related role, ideally within the HVAC or a similar industry. 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers, technicians, and other team members. 

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.  
• Bilingual – English and Spanish

Compensation: $23-$26 an hour based on experience, paid holidays, sick time, and PTO. Overtime opportunity. Health, vision & dental insurance. 401K.
