The Head of Technology is the senior technical leader of the organization, reporting directly to the Group Leader. This role defines and owns the technology vision, architecture strategy, and engineering standards underpinning the organization's agentic platform, including orchestration, evaluation, observability, knowledge management, identity, governance, and security. The Head of Technology serves as the ultimate authority on cross-functional technology decisions and works closely with the CISO to ensure security, trust, and governance are embedded by design across all solutions and platforms. ## What will your job look like? * Define and drive the technology vision, enterprise architecture, and long-term roadmap across the organization's technology landscape, including its core agentic platform. * Establish the technical standards, frameworks, and reference architectures that enable Amdocs to scale agentic capabilities across its core business processes. * Act as the final decision-maker on strategic architecture choices, including build vs. buy, centralized vs. federated, and platform vs. point solution investments. * Partner with the CISO to ensure all architecture decisions align with the organization's security and governance principles, including scoped identity, least privilege, human approval controls, auditability, evaluation frameworks, and operational safeguards. * Balance centralized platform governance with domain autonomy, enabling innovation while maintaining consistency, reliability, and security. Lead technology strategy across Transformation, IT, and Security, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise objectives. * Represent the organization's technology vision with senior executives, customers, partners, analysts, and industry stakeholders. * Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and market developments to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation. ## All you need is... * Proven experience as a CTO, VP Engineering, Chief Architect, or equivalent senior technology leader in a large-scale enterprise environment. * Deep expertise in AI and agentic systems, including orchestration, evaluation, observability, identity, access management, and governance for autonomous agents. * Demonstrated success building enterprise platforms, standards, and reusable capabilities that enable multiple teams and business units.
