- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to individuals with varying levels of education and experience.

- Previous experience teaching, training, mentoring, or supervising employees.
- Experience working with apprentices, entry-level technicians, or individuals entering the skilled trades.
- PLC programming or troubleshooting experience.
- Industrial automation and controls experience.
- Manufacturing or production equipment experience.
- OSHA and/or NFPA 70E knowledge.
- Lockout/Tagout experience.
- Relevant industry certifications or licenses.
- Associate degree, technical diploma, or formal training in electrical, electro-mechanical, industrial maintenance, automation, mechatronics, or a related field.
