Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions

Improve patient outcomes related to mobility, strength, pain, and independence

Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab teams on care planning and discharge

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)

Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona (or eligible)

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained within required timeframe)

Experience in Outpatient, Acute Care, or Rehabilitation settings

Strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered care approach

Ability to work independently and within a team-based environment
