Dietary Aide

Elm Crest Senior Living Community is hiring a Dietary Aide to support dining services within our community. This role offers competitive pay, full-time day shift scheduling, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents’ daily experience.

• Competitive Pay: $13.75–$17.40/hour + credit for experience

• Assist with meal preparation and dining room set-up
• Provide dining room service and support residents during meals
• Deliver trays to residents as needed
• Perform light food prep and kitchen support tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and kitchen areas

• High school diploma or GED required
• Dietary aide or food service experience preferred
• Healthcare experience (nursing home, hospital, or similar setting) is a plus but not required
