• →Lead the delivery of high-quality resident care and clinical services
• →Manage and mentor nursing staff while overseeing caregiving teams and daily operations
• →Conduct resident assessments and guide individualized care planning
• →Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local clinical regulations

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Colorado RN License or Compact RN License required
• 3–5 years of nursing leadership experience required
• Strong critical thinking skills and sound independent judgment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care

• 2+ years of experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) or Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
• 3–5 years of gerontological nursing experience
• Experience with rehabilitative and restorative nursing care programs
• Prior senior living, long-term care, or skilled nursing leadership experience
