• Competitive pay of $17.00–$20.00 per hour, with credit given for experience
• Full-time seasonal position working 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with flexible days available
• Seasonal employment running now through September

As an Exterior Maintenance Technician, you'll help maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of our community's outdoor spaces so residents can enjoy a clean, welcoming environment every day.

Responsibilities include:

• →Perform general exterior maintenance and groundskeeping throughout the community
• →Maintain the appearance and safety of outdoor spaces, sidewalks, walkways, and common areas
• →Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and seasonal property upkeep
• →Safely operate maintenance equipment, tools, and machinery
• →Identify, report, and help address maintenance concerns to promote a safe environment
• →Assist with special projects and additional maintenance responsibilities as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum one year of maintenance experience required
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and commitment to safety
