• →Perform general exterior maintenance and groundskeeping duties throughout the community
• →Maintain the appearance and safety of outdoor spaces, walkways, and common areas
• →Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and seasonal property upkeep
• →Operate maintenance equipment and tools safely and effectively
• →Identify and report maintenance concerns to ensure a safe environment
• →Support special projects and other maintenance-related tasks as assigned

• 1+ years of maintenance experience required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
