- Competitive pay of $17.00–$20.00 per hour, with credit given for experience
- Full-time seasonal position working 40 hours per week
- Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with flexible days available
- Seasonal employment running now through September

Responsibilities
~1 min readAs an Exterior Maintenance Technician, you'll help maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of our community's outdoor spaces so residents can enjoy a clean, welcoming environment every day.
Responsibilities include:
- →Perform general exterior maintenance and groundskeeping throughout the community
- →Maintain the appearance and safety of outdoor spaces, sidewalks, walkways, and common areas
- →Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and seasonal property upkeep
- →Safely operate maintenance equipment, tools, and machinery
- →Identify, report, and help address maintenance concerns to promote a safe environment
- →Assist with special projects and additional maintenance responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
~1 min read- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum one year of maintenance experience required
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and commitment to safety
