Home Time: 34–48 hour weekend reset
Freight: Dedicated retail freight, no-touch
Equipment: International LT trucks with 71-inch sleepers

Pay and Home Time: Drivers earn $1,325 to $1,575 per week with mileage-based pay plus additional stop pay after the first delivery. Short-haul routes under 50 miles pay $45, while runs under 150 miles pay $35.
Running Area: Dedicated routes operate throughout Northern Florida, Eastern Georgia, South Carolina, and Southern North Carolina with predictable scheduling and consistent freight flow.
Equipment Details: Drivers operate late-model International LT trucks equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerator space. Dry van trailers are maintained through Penske maintenance support and roadside assistance programs.
Benefits: Medical coverage becomes available after 60 days with three plan options and prescription assistance. Drivers also receive $25,000 life insurance, Health Savings Plan options, and 401K with company match up to 4% after one month.
Bonus Opportunities: Drivers receive a $1,000 orientation bonus for completing orientation in Nashville, Tennessee. Holiday work assignments pay an additional $100 for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day coverage.
Requirements
~1 min readDrivers must have a valid Class A CDL-A with at least 6 months of recent experience in regional, local with e-logs, or over-the-road operations. Applicants should have no more than two job changes within the last three years and a clean driving record with one or fewer violations or accidents during that period.
