Our clients include specialty spas and clinics, sports teams, and individuals who are biohackers or athletes.

What is this role and why does it exist?

The Partner Support Specialist is the go to resource keeping Ammortal’s partner and residential customer operations running smoothly. This role is first and foremost about support, managing incoming tickets, maintaining an efficient CRM, and ensuring every partner and customer interaction is handled with clarity and care. You’ll help power the systems, communications, and processes that enable our teams to deliver an exceptional Ammortal experience at every touchpoint. This role strengthens the foundation of Ammortal’s mission to unlock human potential and create lasting impact through every connection.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve incoming support tickets through our CRM with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Maintain clean, accurate records to ensure data integrity and team visibility.
  • Assist in building and optimizing our HubSpot CRM, including developing tags, categories, workflows, and reports.
  • Identify opportunities to improve support workflows and system efficiency.
  • Own the relationship with Ammortal’s residential customers, serving as their main point of contact for ongoing support.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction, address questions, and share relevant updates or resources.
  • Gather feedback and insights to help refine the residential customer experience.
  • Review partner websites, brand presence, and staff familiarity with Ammortal to assess alignment and opportunities for improvement.
  • Compile clear, actionable recommendations to enhance partner touchpoints.
  • Provide findings to the Partner Success Manager for review and implementation with the partner.
  • Host virtual webinars and trainings to support partner education and engagement.
  • Create and distribute communications such as newsletters, surveys, and partner spotlights to drive engagement and awareness.
  • Occasionally assist with Ammortal events, both in-person and virtual, to support logistics and ensure a positive partner experience. (Participation encouraged but not required for onsite events.)

Skills Required

  1. Empathetic and people oriented, able to listen deeply, understand others’ perspectives, and respond thoughtfully.
  2. Strong organizational and communication skills with an eye for detail.
  3. Confident hosting or facilitating virtual trainings.
  4. Proactive and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  5. Collaborative mindset, works smoothly with internal teams like Partner Success, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless execution.

What technical knowledge do you need to perform in your role?

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Web Literacy- ability to review and assess partner websites and conduct audit reviews.

Nice to Have

  • Data Organization and Reporting experience.
  • Experience with tools like Asana.
  • Email marketing or communication tool experience- preferably with HubSpot.

Qualifications (Must haves):

  • 2+ years of experience in partner support, customer service, or CRM operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, able to manage multiple tickets, tasks, and follow-ups without losing track.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, can convey information clearly and professionally across email, CRM notes, and virtual sessions.

Qualifications (Nice to haves):

  • Partner Success Support experience.
  • Entry level marketing experience- Social platforms, website experience.
  • Training or event background.
  • Pay range: $60,000 - $70,000
  • Benefits: 80% health, dental, and vision covered.
  • Equity: 15,000 options vesting over 4 years
  • Flexible paid time off.
  • Remote, US-based. Preference for EST and CST time zone locations
