Logistic Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Logistics Officer to support AMODA’s warehouse and project operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow, availability, and documentation of materials and equipment, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and timely material distribution to support project execution.

You will work closely with Warehouse, Project, Procurement, suppliers, transporters, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth material movement and logistics operations. While the role will primarily be based at the warehouse, there may be occasions where you are required to support logistics activities directly at project sites.

• →Manage daily logistics operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials and equipment
• →Perform regular stock and material counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• →Receive and inspect incoming materials to ensure accuracy in quantity, condition, and supporting documentation
• →Monitor material availability and stock levels to prevent shortages, overstock, loss, or misuse
• →Record and monitor material movement and usage
• →Prepare and submit material requests or purchase requisitions based on operational and project needs
• →Coordinate material delivery schedules with Warehouse, Project teams, Procurement, suppliers, and transporters
• →Maintain proper documentation for incoming and outgoing materials, including delivery notes, material transfer records, and supporting documents
• →Prepare regular reports related to stock status, material movement, deliveries, and logistics issues
• →Support the preparation and dispatch of materials and equipment required for project sites
• →Coordinate with project teams to ensure materials are delivered according to project requirements and timelines
• →Support logistics activities at project sites when required, including material receiving, stock verification, and coordination

• Bachelor’s Degree; educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control, material handling, or a similar role, preferably within construction, manufacturing, or project-based environments
• Basic understanding of inventory management, material tracking, and logistics processes
• Familiar with receiving, stock counting, material issuing, dispatch, and logistics documentation
• Good coordination and communication skills with internal teams, suppliers, transporters, and other stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple operational priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience using ERP or Warehouse Management Systems is an advantage
• Willing to be based at our Karawaci Warehouse, Tangerang, and assigned to project sites when required
