We are looking for a dynamic and strategic communications leader to help shape how IOPE shows up across digital platforms and in the cultural conversation.
The Senior Manager, Integrated Communications will lead the strategic planning and execution of IOPE’s brand voice and presence across social media, influencer marketing, and public relations. This role is responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and brand equity through compelling storytelling, thoughtful partnerships, and multi-channel communications. The ideal candidate is a cross-functional leader, creative thinker, and strong communicator who understands how to build and amplify brand love in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Monitor analytics and metrics to gauge success of social media posts and campaigns.
- Research social media trends that relate to target audience’s interest.
- Manage a social media content calendar for various channels, planning and scheduling posts in advance.
- Maintain a cohesive social media strategy across various channels to achieve high levels of user engagement.
- Plan, create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, video, and code) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand
- Collaborate with the marketing team to grow the company’s network and target new followers.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop social media campaigns.
- Build and manage influencer strategies that align with brand goals and product launches
- Identify, negotiate, and maintain relationships with a network of creators (macro, micro, and emerging voices)
- Track performance, ROI, and impact of influencer campaigns
- Lead earned media strategy including product seeding, press events, and editor relations
- Partner with agency teams or internal PR resources to secure coverage in beauty, lifestyle, and relevant verticals
- Manage messaging and communications plans for product launches and brand milestones
- Collaborate with brand, e-commerce, and creative teams to support 360° campaign development and execution
- Ensure cohesive messaging across all channels and consumer touchpoints
- Develop seasonal and yearly communications calendars
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field
- 6–8+ years of experience in integrated communications, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors
- Deep understanding of the digital and media landscape, especially TikTok, Instagram, and creator/influencer culture
- Strong storytelling skills and brand voice development
- Ability to create captivating content for social media platforms.
- Proven track record in managing multi-channel campaigns from strategy to execution
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and innovation
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience working with Korean or global beauty brands
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Dash Hudson)
- Existing network of media contacts and influencers in the beauty space
- Bi-lingual in Korean a plus, but not required
